Bug or not able to click free rewards
In this update not able to collect free rewards
Nothing loads anymore
I can’t check my balance. I can’t check my package details. And nothing loads. What are we doing here
No hybrid packages shown
Its a pathetic app. When i go mobile bundles for hybrid it shows empty and other data and calls bundles are limited. Not shown at all . Instead Jazz world orignal app still has all those bundles shown. This is poor!!!
The app isnt working
I had the previous version of the app it was working fine yes the app had some issues but after updating my app it's not even working no more keeps saying no internet connection and the weird name simosa
Jazz World was better!

Why is it becoming so lame?
What’s with this simosa nonsense 😟 seriously the only time I ever open this App is when I have to renew a package and you’ve even made that simple task impossible. I don’t know when will these companies realize that it’s just waste of resource and time.. it’d be much better if you invest in improving service instead and make apps simple to use again fgs!
Way too many notifications
You get 3-5 notifications a day for things you never asked for. It also keeps sending multiple notifications everyday saying I need to update to Jazzmosa when I have done soon after the update. can be way better and not glitchy.
Worst Reception in Sargodha
Never get any signals in sargodha, mobilink is now worst of all times
App is crashing, needs to fix it.
There is a crash in application, when user goes to the Make your Bundle > Saved offer > Re-subscribe the offer Suddenly crash happens.
