Four stars instead of five because the iPad version is not usable in landscape mode.

AMAZING! I only wish there was an option to place etransfer for payment!

There are some options missing. 1. Fee collection: there should be option to process Credit card upfront in advance too. Currently there is only option under autopay is to process after appointment is over. A few times I noticed even after crisis card information collected at the time of appointment, stipe payment failed to go through after the appointment session and I lost the fees as client attend the session and stripe payment failed and no reason was given. I wish there should be option to acccept payment in advance too to avoid the failure of payment later. . Reminder of text/ voice; there should be more option to select they text or voice 2,3,4 in advance of the appointment time, currently there is no option less than 24 hours. Thanks

This app is so user friendly and allows me to quickly and easily access my schedule and documentation from my phone at anytime which is so convenient for keeping up on notes between patients without having to access a computer to do so!

I enjoy the ease of this app, one thing needed is a privacy mode like the desktop version so that full client names are not displayed, just initials.

6/2024 update: Simple Practice has really decreased in reliability recently. Issues connecting, their server not working or being over loaded, using too much data/space causing the computer to over heat. It’s too expensive for how poorly it has been performing over the past 2 months or so. You can se completed documents, etc. so it’s pretty useless unless all you want to do is see and schedule appointments.

Despite linking my laptop and iPhone, and having them synched for years, I lost the ability to schedule clients on my iPhone . No questions address this on the community discussions. Thanks

App is extremely limited…i cant do basic stuff I would have to log in on my browser to actually do stuff. Dont understand the use of the app…

Treatment plans need to be able to be done on one’s iPad not just your computer!!!

This APP has potential but not when you’re constantly signed out. My therapists and I are logged out at least 3-6 times daily. What good is it if I can check my calendar or messages nor receive the notifications because I’m repeatedly logged out. This is an ongoing problem. FIX IT!! I’m over all these ridiculous issues with SP. honestly I stopped referring others to you. Until Simple Practice gets their bugs fixed I would not recommend overall.
