Very nice tool for businesses thank you

When I signed up for this app for free it didn’t mention that it has a free trial whatever you do do not click on the button that says “try us for free” like many other free trials they charge you at the end

We use the service for our agency in behalf of multiple companies. Our customers use the app and everyone pretty much has the same feedback 1. Notifications never work. Even when we try to get it or work, we just never get notified of new responses. Therefore many messages take too long to get answered. The support team says it’s not them, it’s us so problem not solved. 2. If you’re lucky to get notifications, the app logs you out regularly so you no longer get notifications. 3. When you’re logged in, often there’s nothing in the « inbox » but when you login online on your computer, there are a bunch of messages waiting. It’s just a bad experience and we’ve spent hours trying to get this app to work without success. The good news is Simple Texting comes our regularly with updates for the app. Unfortunately those updates don’t solve these problems.

I’ve used SimpleTexting now for a couple years and it’s been great for our purpose… But now when launching the app from an iPhone, I get a blank white screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and nothing but a blank white screen – can’t even get to the point to log back in. iPhone 13 pro running 17.6.1.

I just opened the app and it automatically downloaded without noting that there is a monthly fee. It did not have any mention about charges and now I see in the reviews about the fees How do I cancel ? I did not intend to sign up

It’s cool but it seems to stall when you open the app most of the time, so I have delete and redownload it and hope it works again. Outside of that annoying issue, its easy to work and manage

This app and its integrations are trash. Will there ever be an update? If I could find (or when I find) another app that does better I’m absolutely ditching this one. Crashes on loading for the app. Sometimes doesn’t load at all. Slow when it does load. Doesn’t always update with news texts. Basically everything I would expect from an app in 2010.

This app is great, I’m able to use it for my business to be in contact with multiple people via text message using the same number that our business landline uses. Very user-friendly, would recommend it to anyone needing to send out mass messages, reminders, or just communicate via text message with customers. The helpdesk has been very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Honestly such a horrific app and a waste of money. I am a CEO of a company and I could design and make this tomorrow and out perform whatever bogus app this is. Terrible customer support and not transparent at all.
