One of the worst app I have used.. the product shown on home page is never available.. interface is pathetic

I downloaded the app with so much excitement as I love the store and its unique products. But none of the products are loading. Please fix this!

Deliveries get delayed, no proper support, only false information and promises.

I am not able to sign up with the account. This is a useless app.

I got discount voucher, it got applied. App threw an error before payment could be completed. No transaction was done. After sometime when I tried using the same discount voucher, it says it’s invalid. And items in my cart got doubled. Is this some scam? Why would anyone order from your app?

Had ordered 1) watermelon (which was rotten) 2) pineapple ( which was rotten) 3) pomegranate (which again is rotten) They don’t have proper return policy. This is not from “Namdhari “ they are 3rd party vendors for Namdhari. Please be careful before taking product from these people. These vendors are a black mark for a international product like Namdhari

I was having high expectations about Namdhari having experienced shopping offline in stores. What I see is they advertise one product on their website and deliver a diff product. Now this was reported to the customer care who seem to care less about the issue. They do not even have a mechanism to raise issue. This pathetic service and cheaters are what I am dealing with in Namdharis. I wish I could give zero stars but the system does not allow me to submit with zero stars.

Worst app if you can’t upgrade your app then don’t ask your customers visiting stores to buy online. Online payment or payment on delivery both options won’t work . Pathetic
