The App development and support really needs a overhaul, products are super good hence sticking on to it. The money loading options from UPI doesn’t load the money to the app need to call the support centre to transfer the money. Namdhari products are super good tech is super average

1st they say your area is serviceable after take subscription they don’t delivery the milk and they deduct the money without delivery the milk. And they don’t even bother you we have to follow up multiple time or your own money refund,pls be careful from with this cheater.

They never deliver the item. Customer service never picks up the call no matter what time you call them. It has been 3 days subscribing to the milk and I don’t see any sign of delivery. Minimum amount to recharge is ₹500. This ₹500 you will never get it back. Do not fall for this trap

the app has no connection to its daily delivery it claims and their process is completely broken. this is a scammer app. the call support is a shame. they completely depend on a third party, who is unreliable, to make sure the products to be delivered. if you want to kill a good brand like namadhari, this online service is the best way. it had been two days since i requested for milk delivery. i keep hearing they have a system issue to update address and are doing from backend. i have kids at home and they have to stay hungry because of this app. kudos!!

Never ever received any order before 7am. Was tossed around to 3 stores to make delivery and all ensured that they don’t do it without reminders. They promised cash back after reacharge of 2000 - never happened. Every time you escalate- they ask for last chance , promise delivery on time but never happens. Don’t subscribe even if their products are good. Let down for service

Very bad and disappointing experience from this app. I have installed this app 2 weeks back and subscribed for milk everyday. Till this day not even a single packet of milk was delivered to me and I raised complaint 5 times regarding it. That too after a long wait of 3 -4 minutes and on 4 th or 5 th time our call is attended by someone. Everyday they had one or the other excuse . The customer executive daily used to promise me that the milk will be delivered next day. But none of the days they delivered. I was expecting their delivery every morning and after 8 o’clock I used to depend on some other app to get the milk that too buying some other things to reach the minimum amount for delivery. I have raised a complaint and waiting for the amount to get refunded which I have recharged. Don’t want to stick of this app anymore.I don’t recommend this app to anyone . Same incident happened to my friend as well.

Unable to add subscription for any productv

When u order something it says it ll be delivered within 7 am next day but never comes ontime.. milk gets delivered by 9 am after all leave home to office.. everytime u call helpline then they remind store manager and later take another 1 hr to deliver.. use some other app which delivers milk by 5 am and not this app
