Poor Customer communication and service
Ordered a blanket for $200 from them, was on back order so I expected it to take a while no big deal. I realized I entered my address incorrectly during checkout so I immediately emailed support with the address correction and was told it would be corrected. 2 months after my original order was placed I was notified through email my order has been dispatched no tracking number included very unprofessional for a company to practice that. I requested a tracking number and tracked my order to see it was returned to sender due to insufficient address, because they did not correct my order when they said I would. I emailed them and was ignored for a full 24 hours until I messaged them rudely on Facebook. I requested that they give me expedited shipping or a refund. They then started clutching their pearls and instead of confirming with me whether I want my product or a refund they issued a refund against my consent and blocked me on Facebook so I would not be able to publicize my negative experience with them. They make good products, but have very bad customer communication like extremely bad and poor customer service. I still have not received my product when that is all I have wanted and what I paid for, for over 3 months. Just know what you’re getting into before you order from them.
