ไม่เคยใช้บริการอะไรแล้งรู้สึกเสียดายเงินขนาดนี้มาก่อนส่วนตัวใช้บริการ2ครั้งและเป็นครั้งสุดท้าย ครั้งแรกโดนไป720บาทเราใช้เป็นบริการด่วนนะคะ ซักรีดตัวล่ะ35 บาท8ตัว ค่าคนขับมารับมาส่ง120 ค่าด่วนพิเศษ320 คิดเป็น80%ของจำนวนเสื้อแพงไม่เท่าไหร่มาถึงเสื้อมีรอบยับปานกลาง และรอบล่าสุดคือแรงมากโดนมาในราคา959 ซักรีดเสื้อเชิ้ตขาว3ตัว ช้อคมากกก และไม่มีการส่งบิลมาถามรึอะไรมีอีกทีคือเรียกเก็บเงิน ทั้งๆทีเราบอกแล้วว่าให้ส่งบิลมาในไลน์ ก็คือไม่ได้บิล ไม่ได้การยืนยันออเดอร์ เราทำการขอคอลสายกับแอดมินถึงราคาที่แพงเกินว่สอะไรเพราะไม่มีบิล ค่าไปรับส่ง120 ค่าด่วนพิเศษ400 ค่าซักรีดเสื้อ3ตัว105 และๆๆค่าขั้นต่ำ499คือต้องใช้บริการขั้นต่ำ499 ของเราไม่ถึงเลยบวกเพิ่ม394 vatอีก7% และเรารู้สึกว่าโดนเอาเปรียบมากกกเลยคุยกับแอดมินง่าไม่มีการแจ้งใดๆเลย แอดมินบอกว่ามีการเปลี่ยนระบบเราเลยยืนยันว่าเราไม่ได้การยืนยันใดๆรวมถึงบิลสามารถเช็คได้แล้งแอดมินก็ไม่ได้อธิบายอะไรเพิ่มยอกจากว่าจะตัดค่าขั้นต่ำออกให้เลยได้จ่ายยอด405 ยังไงก็คือหนีไปนะทุกคน

มารับมาส่งไม่บอก แต่ทวงเงินคือ โทรมาบอกได้ ผ้าที่ส่งรีด เหมือนเอาไปใส่ถุง ละส่งกลับคืน ผ้าไม่ได้มีความเรียบอะไรเลย แอฟคือไม่ได้บอกอะไรเลย ทำได้แค่ส่งข้อมูลให้มารับมาส่ง ไม่รู้อะไรเลยต้องไปนั่งรื้อในนิติ อ้าวมาแล้วหรอ รีดผ้า 5 ตัว รวมส่ง เกิน 500 บาท แพงนะ ปรับปรุงด่วนๆเลยนะคับ เป็นห่วง ไม่เคยมาเขียนรีวิวแบบนี้เลย ครั้งนี้รู้สึกเฟลสุดๆ
ราคาไม่โปร่งใส ส่งผ้าช้ากว่ากำหนด
ส่งซักรีด ทางร้านแจ้งยอดที่จ่ายมากลมๆยอดเดียว ติดต่อขอรายละเอียดแยกเป็นรายการก็ไม่มีใครตอบอะไรกลับมา เช็คสถานะออร์เดอร์ก็ไม่ได้ แอพมีไว้สั่งให้มารับผ้าอย่างเดียว แล้วร้านก็ส่งผ้าช้ากว้ากำหนดไป 2 วัน ติดต่อยาก ไม่มีรับฟีดแบคจากลูกค้า
