Great app til they changed the sound of the brown noise to incorporate an annoying high pitched hiss. Found a much better brown noise loop on Spotify.

Great app. I use rain and noise, haven’t tried the others. Nicely adjustable for whatever you need. Great on flights and whenever you need to block our random ambient noise. I use it when working if I’m being distracted and also when napping—I pretend I’m lounging on a country porch during a rainstorm. Of course if your issue is thumping beats from noisy neighbours you’re probably out of luck because bass penetrates everything.

It is frustrating because unlike music or podcast apps, it won’t pick up again when another app interrupts it. I have to close the app and reopen it for it to work again. Otherwise, it’s a great idea and I use it often.

Sound is too loud and can’t be adjusted

I’m Shift worker I have been using SimplyNoise for years to help me with my sleep The latest update changed the brown noise from a soothing comfortable background noise to a higher thinner sound with a hiss.I’d like to see the return of the former Brown noise.
