Best app ever. Thank you so much. I feel less alone💛 And design is masterpiece. So cute and peaceful. I really like to spend my time reading and replying to someone’s letters. It’s comforting.

I thought the replies would be the same default reply. it's great that they are replying with the issue that i help with

your "share a feedback" email doesn't exist. mail sending failure. and there are people on your discord complaining about the unfunctionable block button but you're not even providing a single solution to this. this app is supposed to provide emotional support. your block button doesn't work, and worse, when people want to respond to their harassers, the message "you have sent a friend request" was sent instead. this isn't the first time it happens, why do you want to put your "add friend" button next to your respond button?????? put it elsewhere!

so many times i have tapped on this friend button by accident when i meant to reply to a message sent to me. why did you put it next to the reply > button? this app is a nice idea but it's not very intuitive and navigation can be improved. i really don't want to add friends but i keep tapping the add friend button accidentally. there is also no cancelling when that happens. and i can't reject a friend request?! why is that??? please improve this.

this is a great app and it’s real fun to receive and reply letters but it would be even better if the app let us choose to have a pronouns or not instead of forcing us to have one, thank u.

I really love this app. Been having lots of letters which i really fond of. Just really hope some of the replies won't just be default reply. But overall i've been learning a lot through this app. Knowing someone else out there who still care about stranger is such a relief to me. Kudos to the creator of this app.

This app used to be for everyone but they changed it for 18 and older. I understand why they may have done that but also its not right. I was under 18 when they implemented that and removed me from the app. Theres lots of kids who are under 18 and needed a place to vent. For me this was that place and it helped me. But after that i did everything i could to get relogged in. Its just not what it used to be. Its a great app but theres other people with many age ranged that need help. Not just 18+.

Nobody responded
