Unable to view subscribed channels
Latest update makes it unable to view my subscribed channel. Contacted customer service but no response. This has been ongoing for several days.

Do not buy this!
They cant match to a developed country’s infrastructure, you’ll be disappointed.
Not working. Able to only see free to air channels but not subscribed channels.

This is a very confused app, very primitive
I’ve been on the phone with SingTel to troubleshoot for the last 30 min but nothing is solved. It won’t show what I’m subscribed to or let me link it to my broadband or tv. I feel like I’m back to the stone ages!
Difficult to unsubscribe
They had created it in a way you find it hard to unsubscribe
Unable to cast to TV via Chromecast, no app for smart tv
So we can only watch sports on our tiny mobile screens?
Unable to view Viu premium 180 days pack
Useless piece of garbage!! Paid for 180 days viu premium pack and I am unable to connect at all. Please refund asap!!
Cast with Viu
Been having the same issues again & again, uninstalling & re-installing the cast app just to watch Viu with no avail > can you all pls rectify this issue or just remove the cast app altogether so we can login directly or something!
Might not get what you paid for
Purchased a 7 day sports pass to watch the Eredivisie classic AJX vs FEY. Sadly didn’t work on 3 different devices, with 3 different connections. Waste of money and time.
Waste of time
Subscribed to hbo go plan by using this app is totally waste of time, no search bar, can’t download for offline viewing, app is clearly not ready for public.
