Sisterhood of Movement is a fitness and health-inspired group that invites people of ALL fitness levels, backgrounds, and types of modalities to come together to promote the medicine of movement. No matter what form of movement you choose, you are welcome to join our group!
Whether you like to walk, run, lift weights, or twist up in a yoga pose, you’re welcome in the Sisterhood of Movement. Join our group to get support and accountability and to invite more movement into your life. There is a new challenge every month, new recipes posted weekly, and all the accountability and support you could possibly need!

The download of Sisterhood of Movement is free of charge. Should you use Sisterhood of Movement app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:
Subscription based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
