SitFit Exercise

I see a review from 2 years ago that mentions there is no sound. Well, there still is no sound. Pretty lazy app developers to make this app and then basically abandon it and not fix bugs.

No sound, waist of time if you can’t hear what your supposed to do.

I think I would really enjoy this app but I’m not willing to download any app that won’t disclose what they collect. Too easy to hand over any piece of information on you tablet, phone etc for an app developer to steal you’re identity.

The exercises are good and at the right level, but there is no sound. It’s not a problem with my iPhone.

I tried the 7 minute workout which is great if I was younger, but I am 71 with a hip and knee replacement and severe arthritis so I have severe limitations. Getting on the floor is not an option yet. Sit fit exercises can be done on the edge of your bed which helps limber you up for the day. Make sure you have a couple weight tucked under your bed. Love it! My rating was supposed to be 5 star NOT 4!!
