I rented a car on my birthday, August 21st 2023, in Milano, at the Central Railway Station. There, in Italy, there was a promotion where you pay € 20 for having the choice to return the car with low fuel. I did it! When I returned the car at Torino, previously authorised by the attendant at Sixt call center, thought everything was ok. So, the contract signed costed € 281,10. Until then OK. But the amount with the guarantee debited in my Portuguese debit card was € 562,29. They should return me € 300,00! Instead, Sixt returned me € 127,60. Not the worst part yet!!!!!! They invented another invoice, with no contract signed…, with the value of € 543,39. They called it RIF. 9497737111/00/M/02/N. What is that??? After complaining in 2 Sixt stores and by email, I even received an email saying that I DID NOT rent the car on my birthday…., they said it was the Gas. The car was Diesel. I have ALL the proofs with me. To my surprise, they debited, without my consent, € 389,89 from my Portuguese account, making it negative. I used it because Sixt doesn t accept the WISE card. € 262,29 + € 389,89 = € 670,99 Not only the € 153,00 missing from the guarantee (€ 562,29 - € 127,60) - € 20 from the fuel promotion. Refund me also the ‘ghost’ contract or ‘adendo’ at the total amount of € 389,89. WTF! Is it a game? Errors game? Please refund me immediately! Buona giornata
Noleggio con Sixt da anni, ho sempre trovato auto che soddisfano le mie abitudini e le mie necessità, sempre in ottime condizioni. Il servizio al front-office è sempre di ottimo livello, il personale è sempre cordiale e competente. I migliori sinora incontrati sono stati la sig.na Fabiana e il sig. Angelo dell’ufficio Palermo Aeroporto: persone eccezionali, che sanno relazionarsi con molta cordialità e competenza, sapendo sempre consigliare la migliore opzione disponibile in termini di coperture assicurative e dimostrando sempre una grande attenzione per il cliente: se penso a Sixt penso esattamente a persone come loro. Really disappointed! I’ve rented a car for a long (700km) trip and, first of all, it was not washed. Bit the worse thing was to be surprised by a thunderstorm on the road in the evening just to discover the windshield wipers didn’t work and I had almost no sight of the road while traveling my family (including my 9 yo son). Called immediately the company, who told me to ho to a service (of course, everything was closed and I was in the middle of the road), and never got an answer when I asked for a discount or compensation. The windshield wiper, which I could change just 700 hundred km and one day later, were not yet reimbursed neither and the customer service keeps demanding me to send a photo of a document proving my account number. Unbelievable!
The support is terrible, responds with macros. I paid the fine and service fee to sixt, but you will still be required to receive additional money. Provided payment receipts. And I'm required to have more money and in a larger amount.

Non sono praticissimo nell’uso di moderne tecnologie ma l’ Applicazione è intuitiva e in pochi minuti ho effettato la prenotazione senza intoppi
