Skånetrafiken

Overall this a useful app to use across the Skanetrafiken network. My only complaint is an alert notice to say when ticket has expired or near expiration.

What’s the point of having an app telling me the times of when the buss should arrive when it half of the times leaves earlier then said time. Just skip the whole thing and go back to the schedule printed on the bus stopes and make your drivers keep the times or at least not leaving early. So many times I’m standing in the cold outside waiting for 15 min, watching the bus I should take far in the distance already left.

Thanks for making the pay with card option available. I buy one off tickets every now and then so its important. Only problem is in the last few weeks it takes ages for the payment to go through. I’ve missed buses because the payment for a ticket can take anywhere between a few seconds to 5 minutes.

Useless for UK travellers. Or is it a bug. Please let me know when you fix it.

The app is now in English and supports non Swedish phone numbers and credit cards.

Okay! I bought a ticket and now feel the stress of having to use it in a certain time period (for some reason that’s important) - after purchasing the ticket there’s zero data on my itinerary; I’m going to an airport with no less than 3 transfers!! I highly suggest the people who create the app use it more than once before releasing it....

It would be good to have the option of having this app in English too.

Jag är en resenär, jag visste inte hur man använder malmos dedikerade app eftersom jag är från kalmar så jag använde inte den appen alls, jag fick inga instruktioner utan gav mig bara ett papper med en QR-kod med ord som talas genom högtalare. Jag försökte köpa den men det fungerade inte.

Är så störigt när man söker på en resa och så visar den en annan starthållplats än den man valde och att man måste gå. Missar alltid detta och går till helt fel hållplats. Visserligen står det att man måste gå men det hade varit mycket bättre om det hade varit en tydligare markering än en grå gubbe vid sidan. Hade sparat mig mycket tid.
