Hangs all the time. Requires deletion and reinstalling to fix.

I like to study at work, but sometimes will need to walk away from my iPad. When this happens, I lock the device, I take my AirPods off and the App will just start to playback the video. I dont mind being able to listen to a video while the device is locked.. Thats a great feature in my eyes. The problem is that it will play often very loud (iOS fault) for everyone in the office to hear, and might make them think Im listening to YouTube at work or something.. Additionally the UI is really not convenient for tablet users since the buttons are ridiculously small. If youd like some advice.. Basically your UI Buttons need to be thumb sized, i.e. SCALED, and NOWHERE NEAR the BOTTOM of the device. Thanks.

This app can’t even stay logged in properly - fix this please. Would also be very helpful to be able to use split screens with the app to allow note taking on the lectures. Udemy manage this fine, why can’t you???

Excellent and not time consuming

App has made it easy and quick to take certain content offline to study while away from home or wifi

Moving from one module of a course to the next is not a seamless process ..... need to go back to an earlier module and restart it, then have a second attempt at opening the next module! Also the ... in the top corner (to enable me to save to a playlist) is very difficult to select

I’m not sure the purpose of the downloads. I download content but then when I hit dead zones for cell or wireless coverage I lose the content. I thought the purpose of downloading was to review content offline.

There is a bunch of great content in this app to gain new skills or to enhance your current ones. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the app is a little glitchy and the UI isn’t as friendly as it is on a PC.

My biggest issue is the constant changing in and out of full screen video. I watch on my iPad or iPhone and I move around which causes the screen to jump in and out of full screen. Once I went to drag to rewind, the screen jump out of full screen mode, and I tapped another video. I lost my place and had to hunt for where is left off. It is very frustrating on the iPhone watching the jump because the phone switches from portrait to landscape mode at the same time. This is a major problem for usability and a distraction. Also, navigating the content (I’m still getting up to speed with this app) feels like I’m in a maze of content. I was a Udemy user and the navigation was simple and easy. So far, this content is difficult. For a point of reference, I’m going through the az-305 training.
