downloaded app ,use the code IN the app and says code has to be on downloaded app .... make it make sense -.-

Designed a phone case then downloaded the app for a discount, but the discount does not work and I can’t purchase the phone case thru the app. Guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere :(

discount codes never work!!! downloaded the app to get 20% off and when i was checking out, it said the code was not found!!!! asame thing happened with a code i got from this app notification pls fix

I love shopping with you it’s a lovely experience so easy and the variety of clothing excellent the quality is always good the shipping is so fast all round good quality fair price can’t ask for more thank you.

i have placed an order for a few things got all of them except one. i had to email them in order for the things that have been delivered to be dispatched and still waiting on one thing. i have emailed them over 2 weeks ago with no reply about my missing item. Shocking

The app is not very efficient and a nuisance to navigate around. I have also received the same notification 14 times in 10 minutes about things in my wish list.

I love SD designs so much. I prefer to buy directly from them as other vendors will inevitably only have a few of the designs and it’s so much easier to go through them all on an an app for me rather than having 20+ browser tabs open. The app is intuitive & easy to use. Transaction was seamless with Apple Pay. And I love that I can favourite things until I can save up & afford them because I literally want to buy everything they sell! Their phone cases in particular are great, I only ever buy mine from them & the quality is great. So happy about this app.

Not sure why it just didn’t allow me to redeem vouchers using my loyalty points, talked to customer service buy didn’t get any response back
