Bad Customer Service
The vendor delivered the wrong item then akip would only refund half the total of the item, even though the item that was delivered didn’t even cost that much and was unwanted. Horrible service on circle K and skip.
No points
You used to be able to collect points but now you can’t.
Refuse to Refund for Items Not Received
Refuse to refund me for items that were not received. Essentially stealing my money. Will be reporting to the BBB.
Delayed delivery, got me sick
I’ve stopped using Skip unless absolutely necessary. Orders often are delayed due to multiple delivery stops. This has resulted in food poisoning twice now with the food arriving barely warm and re-heating. Also no Paypal option like others have.
Too many drivers running multiple apps
Had good experiences with using Skip until recently. Last couple times it’s obvious the drivers are running multiple apps- ie my food gets driven all over town for nearly an hour when it’s only supposed to take eight minutes. Drivers will also “park” my delivery in a random parking lot for 45 minutes so it won’t appear that they’re doing it. Complaining to Skip got me a $5 credit, which doesn’t even half cover the tip I offered up to the drivers.
Scam adds
Cash back scam and terrible assistence service
Terrible - just use DoorDash
Just use DoorDash. I’ve never had a problem with DoorDash but I’ve gotten the wrong order every single time for skip. My breaking point was when I received the wrong order (didn’t even have the right name or phone number on the order) and was denied a refund. Deleted the app right after. Never using this again.
