Pick up was so easy we didn’t have to wait around for our Skooter straight away and enjoyed driving around Thailand. Best way to get around. Also we needed to drop the skooter back but it was inconvenient with time so they came and picked it up for us for a small charge of 600bhts!

I don't even know where to begin 😍 skoot saved my life being a solo traveler and a female in thailand, i know next to nothing about bikes and didn't want to go into every bike shop in the area trying to haggle the best price...:( thanks to skoot all i had to do was download an app to be able to see all the bikes in my area, THEY EVEN HAVE DELIVERY!!! so i didn't have to waste a cab trip picking up the bike! i have used skoot twice now and the first time i got a manual bike (nightmare!!!) but thanks to the super efficient and english speaking support line, skoot arranged for the shop to COLLECT the manual bike and then DELIVER me a NEW automatic one!!! i cannot applaud the service enough. the second time i used skoot i chose the right bike 😅 and i haven't had any issues. if you want quick and EASY bike rental, download skoot ;)

I was able to get a scooter delivered last minute to my hotel in Patong with very little hassle. Price was on par with local shops and I appreciated not having to leave my passport with anyone.
