Poor in everything. Even this app. I will disconnect this service since i have no plans of renewing contract with Sky anymore.

Naka ilang install and uninstall nako, it seems that their app is really not working at all. No option to really change the password since sa mismong IP address nila wala rin option, different from what I’ve watched sa mga YT Videos. Tech support not even knowledgeable about their product nor the exact problem
It'll keep telling you to connect to the skyfiber mesh which is I did, Even Kyla and live agent doesn't know how to fix that issue and also keep telling you again and again to uninstall and install the app again which is still the same, or unplug the mesh and modem then wait up to 10 seconds to restart. Please improve this app, as a subscriber of Skyfiber we also need to access this app.
After installation of the sky fiber mesh, i have asked the technician as to why it is not connecting me or allowing me to log into the app and asking me to connect to the fiber mesh to which i did. Technician who installed this is not even knowledgeable enough and keep on referring me to Kyla. Also, he told me that my wifi router is not compatible to the mesh that is why im getting this issue. I reached out to the customer service via Kayla and they told me otherwise. They asked me to do all of the troubleshooting to which i did before calling but everytime , different agents keeps on asking me to do the same. It is frustrating as i am not able to fully maximize the feature of this new device but you keep on advertising it. Also, your response time is frustrating as i am being transferred to different agents because of long wait time for responses from them. This app is not working and no one seemed to know how to fix it.
I decided after a week of no internet that I would disconnect/terminate my account because I almost lost my job because I am a WFH employee. It was a nightmare because I have to use my data and it is not helping with my finances. Now I am in a different network provider that hasn’t had any issues regarding the internet for 2 months straight since day 1 I started with another network provider and still counting the days with no issues at all! I am so happy. I have saved my job. Sobrang worth it. Wag niyo tiisin magpalit na kayo kasi it is not worth your money and expenses.
After I downloaded the app while I’m connected to SKY Fiber internet, the app asked me to log in, after putting the information needed and click the terms and conditions, it prompts that I need to connect to wifi and launch the app which I’ve already connected. They need to check this application since there’s no way for us to change password only to this app. Aside from slow internet, your customer service is not as good as the ofher provider can do. Might thinking to switch to another provider. Ghis internet provider was only good in sending your bill in advance but didn’t improve their customer satisfaction and didn’t fix fhe problem of having a slow internet connection.
