Can’t open app keep getting an error message

Wish I’d never signed up for this. Had a ring doorbell which was 100% better. I have to have the chime next to my router which is on my window cil looking out at the drive where my doorbell faces 🙄 Took ages to set up it also says poor signal even though it is 2 meters from my router. RUBBISH! Do not waste your time or money!

Cameras are a pain keep going off line then having to re set up the front door bell camera will not up date either

Just doesn’t work at all. I wish I hadn’t bothered now.

The app and watching a stream will consume your phone battery is no time.

Following a phone reboot my husband cannot login to the app. How is that protection when he can’t even login. He even tried changing his password and still can’t get it

Fantastic tech really easy to set up and the quality is amazing makes you feel that little bit safer home and away.

So it arrived quickly, i opened the box to a very strong smell, all kit ready to put up but sadly some of the cables are short you only get one sticker that you need to put on the inside window so couldn't put on front door could do with the ability to buy a extra sensor and indoor camera but seems ok so far indoor camera keeps dropping out even though i pay more for better wifi the signal to front door from box is Les than 2 meters with no walls just one door is poor.

Terrible design set up of the doorbell and chime and absolutely appalling signal range. Very clunky. Once connected very unreliable to remain with many signal drop outs and fluctuations.

Cannot access my insurance documents. Doesn’t inspire confidence in the company
