Worst in the world
They have pathetic support and it seems they are scammers taking away your parcel. No one answers call or support WhatsApp.
Totally useless courier service in India
Dear friends, plz don’t use the courier service Don’t waste your time and money

The tracking is the worst I’ve seen in the industry. How can you not have step by step tracking! The comments and status in tracking shows the same thing for days. Doesn’t not show where the parcel is or the estimated time for delivery. What’s the point of having an app and website when it does not function the way it should. Please update this to provide better service.

I have not seen such a pathetic courier service with ruthless staff, they bangs the phone without finishing conversation. They took more than 12 days to send courier from Kolkata to Lucknow.
Misplaced my parcel
Its been 2 weeks, i have order my dresses and they have misplaced n blaming each other and not giving me exact details.
