Skyline Taxis

Until now, I have used this app with great satisfaction for years. After a recent update, it now prompts me for my phone number. No matter how I enter the number it now gives me an “invalid phone number” message. The app is now useless for me.

This is not actually working. It won’t even accept my mobile number as existing!

I got logged out because of the update and I can’t login successfully 😭😭😭

App is no longer working in my phone. Have deleted. Reinstalled still won’t let me log in. Repeatedly getting invalid telephone number. Spoke to taxi office to get help. Have heard nothing 11 hours later will be switching to Uber.

I would use this driver again and I rate him highly. Such an asset to Skyline’ reputation

Sometimes, this app will kick me out of the app, i.e., sign me out without any notice or notification. Then, when I go into the app, I find out that I have to sign back into the app just to find out if my taxi is on its way or not. Sometimes, this is annoying because if you are in a place with poor service, you can’t get back into the app. Also, the app system is missing some of the POIs. When you use a postcode, it’s not accurate to the place you want to go. They should give you a choice of whether you want to pay by Apple Pay or cash before you book your taxi, not assume you always want to pay by Apple Pay. Why do you have to manually choose cash?

I can’t use the app from yesterday it doesn’t let me to book a taxi

Skyline taxis have generally been very reliable over the years, but the other day I met BigMo who was an excellent driver and a great conversation for a longer trip! And he even covered my extra for the airport drop off. Top man!
