Fica pedindo para dar permissão para encontrar sendo que a permissão já foi concedida

Ao instalar, assim que aperta o botão power vai para parte da apple de conceder autorização para o aplicativo, mas não tem opção de conceder nada alem de “busca” e “Siri” e então não é possível conectar por Wi-Fi

In my mind it doesn’t really makes sense. Why does it need to connect to the internet using cellular data? Is the app gathering local information and sending it somewhere else? Is the app spying on the user?

Aplicativo funcionou por cerca de um mês mas desde as últimas atualizações há meses que não funciona mais. Após todos os passos realizados o equipamento conecta mas não apresenta a imagem da câmera The app worked for a month or so but after updates stopped working. I can go through the steps and connect to the device but the camera image is not displayed. With no other app available for the device (camera) its now useless electronic garbage

DON’T BUY!!! Ear Pick is a good idea but need more refinement. It is extremely difficult to get Ear Pick to connect, closer to impossible to connect. Had it for over a year and can count on 1 hand the times it has connected. Once connected it works like promised but don’t hold your breath for it to connect.

Yeah this doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time.

i tried on the lowest setting and now i have a bruise on my face. not worth it whatsoever im very upset.

App does not connect to unit using iPhone. Not surprised it does not work

Worst product ever constantly won’t let me connect to the internet just won’t connect to my WiFi and you have to connect to WiFi in order for it to work on the app there’s no program allowing you to connect worst money ever spent feel like a fool for buying cheap never again cheap is exactly what I got and broken pathetic never ever spend money on this I’m telling you now you will regret it

This product does not connect to Bluetooth or WiFi as stipulated in the instruction card. I purchased 2 as gift’s. Both did to connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. Not worth the money, or time to troubleshoot and find out product is defective!
