It help my insomnia
As a teenager i have a habit of staying up late ussually untile 2 am and that obviously lead to many problem like being un able to wake up early or being drowsy in class So after i downloaded the app i get a more consistent deep sleep and it help me relax alot around weekend , i usually just leave a sound effect mix on through out the day and it help me so much with my stress
