Everything is a paid feature
I don’t know why this app shows as being for free? Everything on the app requires a subscription. The only thing that doesn’t require a subscription is scrolling through the names and descriptions of the stories. It would be great if there were a way to test out the app by hearing at least a couple of the stories, like with other apps. I decided that I needed to write a review because it was frustrating to waste my time downloading and then searching through the app for anything that would allow me to preview something, anything. I didn’t want other users to waste their time.
It’s a keeper
This app really does help me to sleep within minutes and if I wake up during the night, I just put on another story or meditation. I appreciate that the app does not drain my battery. My only complaint is it would be nice if the selection could be changed up maybe every few months.
Some good stories
In this app you choose if want stories or meditations read by a man or woman. I prefer hearing a male voice and the stories by Dan are excellent. The storyline is not intense, voice is just the right speed and intensity, and there are wonderful pauses during which I often exit the world of the wake. The app is worth the price just to hear Dan.
No free trial
No free trial = uninstall. Not even one story or one day. Nothing. I can’t give it more than one star because I’m not using it.
Terrible app
Forget listening to sleep stories. If you enjoy listening to narration that whispers to the point of irritation, then try this. The free story was okay, which tricks you to subscribe. Total waste of money.
One star
I’m only giving it one star because why do I have to pay to listen to a story to go to sleep. There’s not even a free trial.
Billing is wrong, lack of new stories
Purchased the app in November 2021, premium for a year. It is February 1, 2022 and telling me I need to pay again. And, it appears the only way to contact these people is Facebook messenger?! Please get a more professional contact solution, not to mention I have managed to escape the grasp of Facebook. I liked the stories, but there is a serious lack of variety and no stories are added. Please continue to update the app or it isn’t worth a $25/year subscription.
