The best app!!
Mornings
I completely enjoy these meditations and courses. I have been a subscriber for a few years now. I am Loki g for a meditation to start my day. Like a motivational one to set my intentions for the day. I’m sure you have something fitting. Love love Yogi Bryan. You have changes my life. Thank you.
Too many glitches
Even with my subscription, won’t let me use it. Now it won’t let me delete my account either.

It doesn’t matter at what point in your life that you realize it, but at some point you will come to know that YOU and only you, have the power to control your destiny. I’m doing it wrong
At noon I always get a “let’s sleep” reminder. I have got to be doing this wrong. Orrrrr, the app is encouraging me to take naps. 🤷🏻♀️
Wow
wow. This is a review regarding a “Meet your Future Self” meditation: I dont know if it is normal or if I should revisit this but I cried at that second door. I have had to make some hard decisions and they felt forced on me. I have spent two days in complete despair. Crying involuntarily. unable to let go of my emotions despite trying so hard to alnowledge the silver lining. I have other meditation options but chose this randomly. prior to the meditation, I was given back the power to hold onto something material that meant so much despite its value propelling me toward a higher goal if I sell it. i held onto setiment. however, by the second door, the conversation with myself that asked what it took to reach my ultimate goal changed all Perspective. I know I have to release this. I have to find fatih it will come back to me out of the success of my ultimate goal. i sobbed. this time it was out of “knowing”, finding the faith Id lost, seeing my future success and ultimately being able to have, now, the choice to let it go… and I can. THANK YOU for such a perfect meditation moment!
Best meditation app I’ve found
While I love Yogi Bryan’s quick release your f-iretr-uck mediations and social media presence I’m finding what I really enjoy is the sleep meditations, use of hypnosis and NLP to really help me break thru some of the mental junk I’ve been carrying for so long. Several times a day I hear myself saying. You deserve a moment to just breathe. Yes you do. What a gift this was to find.
