I’m unable to connect Bluetooth to the device, I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off on the CPAP machine, deleted and reinstalled this iOS app, nothing works! Can’t pair Bluetooth to the CPAP, this is ridiculous, wish I have bought another brand!

I have tried over and over again and I can’t get it to connect to the machine. It doesn’t find my device no matter how many times I try. It’s a shame because I love F&P cpap equipment but the app is completely useless.

Hi, I’ve recently purchased the SleepStyle after extensive research and testing of other models. The device itself is very good. I read the reviews of the app, happy to live with the minimal data SA. I cannot believe that after so much time and commentary that the Bluetooth connection issue has not been resolved. To have to connect, disconnect, reconnect, turn everything on and off, delete and reinstall - over and over - to retrieve the data is ludicrous. In this day and age of automatic connection it makes no sense - every other Bt device in our lives works flawlessly. It’s a shame that the experience of using such a sophisticated and well designed and manufactured machine is scarred by this seemingly simple problem. As this review is for the app one star! What a shame.

If you have more than one sleep cycle in a 24 hr period it lumps it altogether as one long sleep cycle. (Even if the machine is off and there are hours in between - common for insomnia) Sure it’s great to see a total for the 24hrs but that doesn’t help me monitor if I am having longer sleep cycles. Having multiple sleep cycles in a 24 hr period shown as one distorts the data and makes it pretty useless. After all, one 9hr sleep cycle is way better than 4 cycles of 1 to 3 hrs.

If you’re here reading this review you’ve already brought the machine. Don’t bother downloading the app. It never works.

I love the CPAP MACHINE but hate the software to link it to track the data. It took ages to link to my mobile phone and records then for no reason stops collecting data. I’ve now that to uninstall and reinstall the app three times now to get it to link again. When you pay $1400 for machine you want it to work with ease. The star rating is for the lack of performance in the app not the machine itself. The machine gets five stars

Does not accurately calculate data. Is so out of sync with what actually occurs that this app really needs to be either updated or just don’t use. Compared with data from sleep Clinic which is synced correctly comparing the data shows up all the deficiencies The sleep physician couldn’t believe just how poor this app is and also said do not use it.

I press click to connect in the app and it comes up with add accessory box with nothing to select except cancel.

App keeps stating “country is required” , but there is no box to input country details. Pls assist

The Bluetooth connectivity of this app would have to be among the worst I have ever used. Worked for about 2 weeks and then for no explanation stopped connecting. 🤬 I have tried all the suggestions but no luck.
