Keep having ooops something went wrong errors all the time

I bought the program just before they made the app, when their Facebook “village” was actually helpful and they genuinely seemed to care about mums. Their Facebook community is actually what encouraged me to buy it because I was a new mum and it was isolating AF being sleep deprived with a baby that had zero chill. Now it takes up to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for them to even approve a post because they have this app and they want you to pay more money. I’m on maternity leave and can barely afford to see a gp when I feel sick, so now with a new baby I’m back to being sleep deprived and alone. Thanks ladies ✌️

While the info and support is really good and has been a massive help (when I’ve been able to access that is) the app itself is terrible. The app is constantly glitching or not working at all. And when your paying $15 per month and not being able to access it’s extremely frustrating. I know $15 a month doesn’t sound like much but imagine your Netflix only worked for half the month you paid, you’d be annoyed.

App is always crashing and always logging me out.

I love this app so much! The forum is a wonderful feature where you can ask as many sleepy questions as you need! I have asked hundreds of questions and had an answer within a day. It has helped me get my baby on track and sleeping in his own room by 4 months. He settles himself and for the most part is now a good sleeper. Before this app, my baby was waking constantly and I didn’t realise how little tweaks and changes that the girls recommended could make such a positive difference. I love how they troubleshoot - no more 5 am wake ups thank goodness! Definitely worth every penny and I’ve already recommended to many mum friends!

Purchased the 12-24 months, in the last 3 months when I try to access it the file, a couple of times, the app has tried to charge me another $59.99! Won’t let me view the program!

I want to say THANKYOU. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve honestly changed my life - I’m a better Mum, partner and person because of this app and the support I’ve received in less than a week. The support has been minimal but enough to have made a huge impact! I will shout out far and wide how much I preach your assistance and guidance 🫶🏼

I wasn’t sure how beneficial the forum would be at first but I highly recommend it! It’s like having your own personal sleep consultant to answer any questions you have. I always get a bang on response within 24hours & never feel like my questions are silly or too frequent. This is my first recommendation for anyone struggling with their baby’s sleep! And the best bit is you can cancel anytime, I’m finding I always ending up coming back though, babies are hard work 😅

A huge thank you to the baby sleep school team. This app is such a great tool to have! I really like the forum aspect to the app where you can ask unlimited questions at any time of the day or night and they are always answered promptly and with lots of thought into your own personal circumstance. The guides are very easy to follow and you can adjust them to suit you and your baby. Sometimes the app is a bit slow and it takes a while to load the forum and glitches (you have to click on the links multiple times in the guides to see information) but otherwise a very easy and user friendly experience. Thank again!

Can I just say thank you sooo much for your help! I spoke to Kay over a week ago as my daughter was taking nearly an hour to go to bed every night. She’s 5 months old and can crawl and sit up unassisted which resulted in the shush pat method that we had been using was no longer working. She had always self settled, but it was being prolonged with our continual appearance assisting her. Kay encouraged I used 2,4,6,8 method. Night one was uncomfortable for me as I didn’t like the crying but no joke she put herself to sleep within 10 mins !! The first 3 days (naps and bedtime) she whinged and did a little cry but SS every time within 10 mins. By day 4 she didn’t cry at all!! It is now day 10 and she goes to sleep for all naps and bedtime within 5-10 mins everyday and night (NO CRYING). If she doesn’t go straight to sleep, she rolls around and plays until she’s ready and then self settles!! To top it off we just put her in the Porta cot in her room (she’s still in our room). We wanted to trial moving her to her own room as well as use the Porta cot to take to peoples places. She didn’t cry at all! Nap 1 - 45mins, nap 2- 2 hours. This method has helped the transition to have no issues wherever she sleeps! Soon to use for overnight resettles- fingers crossed ☺️ Thank you again sooo much ♥️
