I purchased an item labeled 2 batteries and a charger from SLI. I opened the package when I got home and one of the batteries was clearly labeled BAD. I tried charging it and it was certainly a bad battery. I communicated this with the SLI customer service and was told I was out of luck as I had left the warehouse before notifying them. Apparently I should have opened the package in the warehouse to ensure that a BAD battery was not included in the package.

To be honest me and my wife shop here all the time. You can really find a great deals here but customer service, support and pickup is can be improved much better. Please update the App finally

Better luck getting things that aren’t packed well but still getting mis_described merch. But With missing pieces and sub par pictures . And at this rate the buyers fees will be 50% before 2025. They’re really upping their game as far as reaching in your pockets. Shipping costs are all over the map. You pay shipping on two or three items and they come combined in one box. So they pocket the rest. Not to mention they completely changed the combined shipping discount to tilt in their favor. Used to be five items per week at 50 % off. So Now don’t even bother unless you are a regular that buys here and sells on marketplace or eBay. Don’t trust any transaction unless you are ready to just flush your money down one of their broken used toilets that’s missing the handle but advertised as new. Ohhh, and don’t even think about getting a refund. They only do that if it comes at the expense of the shipper. Two weeks later at best.. and at a credit. No cash refund - I do give credit to their customer service ladies, I’m sure they are way overburdened with complaints but they are really cordial and very pleasant to deal with. Probably the best part of the organization. But they can’t provide many solutions. They also mislead by posting stock photos leading you to believe you are getting something new with the full contents. But no, you’ll get a box of miscellaneous parts that you have to sort out. And hope for the best. I have half a garage of their junk I cannot use due to broken, missing parts or completely misrepresented. But hey, someone is making good money at the top of this pyramid. Too bad the buyers are at the bottom.

Need to clarify if items are damaged. Shoes match each other.

Sometimes when making a bid a message pops up stating that an item was closed which prevent the user from making a bid especially towards the end of the auction. As user targeting certain items I really do not care which item was closed. The other thing is my app switched from English to Spanish on its own and I had to delete the app then download to get it fixed. And last when looking into details for an item then existing that item the app takes me to the top of the list not where I was and have to start all over scrolling down the list till I get where I was

Its a great site to buy and sale auction but; mind you; with zero check and balance. A seller can display a broken non working vacuum cleaner ( sometimes without even battery and they do not even have to mention anything except post some unclear pictures. No one can be held answerable. I have received 3 un working vacuum from this site and then gave up

Very unorganized when picking up, even with appointment I have waited for my single item well over an hour. Items listed are misleading as some only show single picture with box open and is listed new and were actually used or very filthy. All items should be taken out of box so buy can see what items are there when bidding.

They use misleading advertising to sell products that are not those published in their images, or products that are useless, and then when you buy them they do not want to refund your money and you end up throwing your money away… If I could give less than one star, I would.

Don’t bother selling with them. I put a item up, they paid $16 on a $300 item, yeh it was used, but in like new condition.
