This company is a scam we sent out text message using their "service" none of our clients even got the text message Then we get these afterthought charges that are "carrier charges" and this is more fuzzy coming from New York City No thanks we do not recommend this company 👎👎👎🚫🚫🚫

Please read their one star reviews. They just want your money. Better apps out there. I downloaded this app to try it for our growing brokerage. I had scheduled a text to be sent out which I thought was a really neat feature. When I expected a text to be sent, I got a notice to my email that it was over the allotted amount for the free trial. I wish this would’ve been more clear and upfront because at that time I needed to get the text out as it was a very important message so I had to add my credit card information to sign up for the platform even though I wasn’t ready. My broker was out of town and so I had to use my own personal credit card instead of his when I reached out to support and explained the situation and requested a refund but that we were still interested in signing up with my brokers CC they would not provide the refund. I think if you really need $29 that bad and not to be understanding I don’t want to work with your company. Red flag immediately.

Tried sending multiple messages and they never went through. Took hours and was all a waste of time. Pointless. Try something else.

They steal your money and don’t complete there obligations

This is such an awesome app I came across. It’s really cheap for all that it provides for you! I was confused on something and reached out for help and got help immediately. Honestly, I love this app and I hope to see my business grow (: Thank you!!

I’ve been using this system for our churches for over 7 years now. This is an awesome system to keep people informed. During Covid it was a God send because we can reach almost everyone at any point. The only downside, and this has nothing to do with SlickText is for people who don’t have cell phones. I was excited to see they have an app now.

I just want a simple app that sends the txt now because I will most likely forget later. Too bad they want to charge a monthly fee.

This is amazing. The app is great. The free version is good but if you can afford it I would suggest getting a payed version. The service is great. They responded to me in less that 6 hours. I wanted to change my keyword and they just changed it. Can’t guarantee it’s true but I when I sent them a email the owner said he reads all his messages him self. He might not respond but he said though. Anyways great app.

I signed in w my mobile number and started getting spam texts from other company.

I’m in the free version. I wanted to try the feature that allowed me to manually add people to my database. I went through the steps to try it and got the message saying my account will be reviewed but if I want to be able to add people immediately I can upgrade. I decided to wait. About a month later, nothing so I call and email. Both times I was told I cannot add to my list unless I upgrade. No trials or anything and they are getting my info to the developers. Great..lie #1. Next I go to the website to upgrade because I’m going to need a text platform. There’s an option for $29 but a 30 day trial with no CC required. I click “sign up” the next page asks for my CC and I can’t sign up. Lie #2. I do t know if I want to pay for a service that has deceptive practices such as this.
