The idea is great. Pls fix the app, it opens like twice in forever. Won’t ever open when you actually need to buy something. Shows 0 items and black pages almost always.

I recently purchased two items, enticed by their so-called “7-day return policy.” Unfortunately, after wearing the clothes for just 20 minutes, I developed an allergic reaction. When I contacted customer service to request a return, they refused, claiming that since the payment went directly to the brand, they had no control over returns. This raises several issues: 1. Why advertise a 7-day return policy if returns are impossible ? 2. Where is their sense of customer loyalty? 3. The “try and buy” option isn’t clearly explained at checkout, leaving customers unaware they can’t return items. In the end, I lost ₹4000, and all I got was the founder’s excuse that they couldn’t help because the money had already gone to the brand. This whole experience was extremely disappointing. I wish I had stuck to a reliable platform like Myntra, where at least the policies are clear, and customer support actually exists. I thought I was supporting a small brand, but in reality, I was scammed. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app!

Forget delivery in 60 min, you would be lucky if the app’s page gets loaded in 60min
