You can choose one of our programs:

2. Slim Legs & Butt
3. Toned Arms & Breasts
4. Full Body Glow
5. Cardio Blast
Approach these exercises in 2 ways: mix all of them into a circuit that you simply perform all directly, or incorporate them into your workday in tiny spurts.

• Daily workout plans with exercise video and description
• Weekly progress tracking
• Multiple workout plans available
Slim app integrates with Health App, allowing users to automatically import users activity (steps) from Health App to Slim app.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Slim is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription:
$4.99/week with a 7-day free trial period.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Free trial subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Resuming routine
I had been a regular exerciser but given working from home to no job to everything closed my workouts had fallen off. SLIM is great and is really helpful to get me back into the rhythm of exercise and into an easy to follow routine at home.
Help!
Hey guys- I can’t get my challenge days to come up. I just have the circle that spins. I was so close in finishing a challenge. I deleted the app and re-installed it did t help. Any suggestions?
Exactly the workout app I was looking for
I love that it’s a one time investment. I love the exercise demonstration clips and simple instructions for exercises and reps. I love the layout of the app and all its features.
Rest option
It would be great to have the option to remove the “rest”.
Like The Format and Excercises
Only problem is there is no adjustment for injuries, etc. Not even an option. Therefore a whole body part has to be eliminated. I have a foot/ankle injury, doesn’t give much variation or options to do additional leg excercises that don’t require me to have to stand or apply pressure (which there are plenty of).
Eh
I tried downloading 3 different times and each time it would crash on me. :/

Great app but how do I cancel my trial? Please reply ASAP!
2 exercises and no trial option
I was looking for an option for back and neck pain at work and this failed at the first exercise. Says that you can circuit the exercise but you can’t move to the second task until you mark the first complete. After 2nd exercise you need to unlock options and you can see a free 7 day trial which you can’t select. Cost of a month is so high I would feel like I’m steeling from myself if I even took the chance on this.
