El juego no corre
Solo te deja hacer el tutoríal y luego la pantalla se pone en negro y no hace nada
The game does not start
The game only works until the tutorial, after that the screen goes black and the game does not start
Unable to play
Update: DONT BUY SUSCRIPTION. It says first month free trial yet still they charged me right away full price… I had to change my personal info & billing, but after I changed it from US to Mexico the app became unavailable in the App Store thus unable to update. I can buy bundles and in my new currency (MXN) but I won’t be able to play later without updates. Also I’ve encountered many bugs and crashing with auto play mostly in story mode, and in the “home” section while walking around the screen flashes turns green, red and yellow and freezes. Love the franchise but the game has a lot developing to do…
Recovery
It’s a fun game and all, but at one point I had to uninstall the game, I was quite far too, I maxed everything available at the time before the newest season came out, after watching the season I decided to load the game up, but instead of using the Apple ID that’s used to even download the game as recovery material, or Game Center than hold every games data you’ve played (like an Xbox or PlayStation account) but I HAVE to use it’s own chancellor ID (you barely ever use) and a password (that you use ONLY ONCE). It’s very flawed… I lost a game I spent a lot of time and money in, even trouble shooting wasn’t helpful, they asked for my “main squad units name and version”, “exact # of crystals”, “username”, “every purchase time stamp” (I’ve given the time stamp but wasn’t “helpful”), “level”, “date I installed and uninstalled the game”… all and all the recovery system killed it for me so I won’t be able to continue playing the game anymore unless I want to restart from new. My username is “sky” but it’s so generic, and I don’t even know what Icon I used…

The love how the story is conducted but I hate how glitchy the game is I am always kicked out or kicked back to the menu would really love an update soon
