Slingo Arcade - Slots & Bingo

This game is worse than the regular casino. YOU NEVER WIN! I can’t imagine a game of chance being so tilted one way. DO NOT give them money for coins, because they will just take them back, game after game. Zero fun

I have been playing this game for years and have spent a lot of money on the game. It was great most of the time until it’s not. The games constantly glitch and crash. For example, I have one that I used coons that I purchased to play, I have gotten to the end with one number left and I have a super wild, but everytime I try and click the number an error message comes up and won’t let me complete the board. I have had numerous issues with other games, not receiving daily rewards in the past month. I have reached out to support several times and get a message saying that someone will review and reach out within about 2 days but no one ever does. I have check my email and junk email daily and I have never heard back from anyone once on any of the tickets I have submitted. This has became a predatory game that is taking in money but refusing to provide the services and goods.

This app keeps making me delete it and reinstall it several times a day. I have an iPhone 11. I do not think it’s my phone as I play lots of games and this is the only one that makes me do that. I will try to log in and it acts like it’s connecting to Facebook, then goes back to the login page. Over and over. But all my other games load. But this one, I have to delete it and reinstall it. Then it works. If I put my phone down, close it out for any reason, it immediately does it again. Even if it’s just 5 minutes later.

I loved the game when I first started playing, then the glitches began! Interestingly enough they began shortly after I purchased tokens…like almost immediately. Several times I managed huge wins of 30k or more but lo and behold they didn’t show in my balance. When contacting customer support (several times), I got the same few suggestions, clear the cache, uninstall, reinstall, exit from the game , re-enter the game. Nothing allowed the tokens won to show in my balance and customer service has ignored my follow up requests for resolution. I admit to purchasing many times, but will most likely not purchase again due to the lack of interest in fixing the glitch and/or putting the win tokens back. Advice: find another game that offers true customer support and not excuses as to why it’s likely your fault the wins don’t show!

I’m a gambler and I enjoy the mash up of slots/bingo that is Slingo. But the app doesn’t pay out very well and can be expensive to keep playing when buying credits. Also, there seems to be quality issue as the games can be glitchy at times. But more concerning is that I keep getting double charged for purchasing credits nearly every time I do. Very frustrating to deal with because I’m not sure if there’s fraud on my Apple account, in Blastworks system or what.

I love this. Its perfect. Fills that need to play slingo. Which sounds bad but its just alotta fun. Now as for my request… PLEASE. PLEASE add deal or no deal slingo if possible. They have it on fanduel and its sooooooooo fun. Thats all.

I have been plating Sligo for half my life and I am 83. Ben Hurr is my go to game but I do play others. I play mostly on my iPad which I keep up to date. Lately I had nothing but trouble. When I open some of the letters are in white block letters. More often then not when I start and the coin on top is lit it doesn’t give the right amount. Also the number of credits don’t show up completely. This is my most favorite app but it getting on my last nerve.

Please add “Deal or No Deal Slingo” to the app!

Site goes down multiple times in one play session. It is not worth the aggravation of having to log out and then log back in to finish your game.
