Wii not let me into game!9/20/2019. My game number is 2399

Game will not load anymore. I use to like playing this game. But lately it’s become a hassle. The wheel is rigged so bad that it never gives decent prizes. Let the wheel spin on its own. Don’t stop it where you want to. The tournaments are not fun anymore. It’s almost impossible to get the scatter. Now the games do not even show up and the app disappears on me. I recommend that people stay as far away from this game as possible. It’s not fun anymore.

I used to love this game, but it’s become horrible. Over the past year there’s been multiple times where I’ve won a tournament and never received my coins. Not a big deal, you can just contact them, right?? WRONG!!! Every time I type an email and hit send, I get an error pop up that say “something went wrong, can’t connect to network”. Kind of strange since I’m connected to my network, playing their game. Only time I can’t connect is when they don’t give me my winnings and I want to complain. Can’t give a negative rating or 0, so they got a 1.

If I could give this app a minus amount of stars that would make me happier. I won’t really be happy until someone from app support actually answers one of my several emails. I have had this app for a number of years and it suddenly quit and won’t open at all. I tried everything I could think of to no avail. So I have been trying to contact someone at the developers end to assist me, with absolutely no success. Dead silence. I don’t understand why it would take anyone well over a month to respond to an email. I’m beginning to believe they have all quit and gone to work for a much better developer. My advice would be: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. there are many other good ones out there, find one and forget about this. It’s not worth your time and / or money.
