Seat Booking Discrepancy
This is to provide feedback on my recent experience using your cinema reservation app last 6/14/2024 for the reservation of the movie to be shown on 6/15/2024. Firstly, I appreciate the convenience of being able to reserve seats and purchase ticket online without the need to queue at the cinema booth. The user interface is intuitive, and the booking process is straightforward. However, despite reserving seats through the app and purchasing tickets online, there was a discrepancy between my online booking and cinema's system. Whan I arrived at the cinema, I discovered that the seats I had reserved were already occupied by other patrons. It appeared that the reserved seats from the app were not properly reflected in the cinema’s ticketing system. I find this situation was quite disappointing and frustrating, as it caused confusion and inconvenience.
