This app literally no use. Always prompt an error. Whats the use of this app if you ate not gonna update this and resolve the system error.

Can’t log in the app despite several attempts. System doesn’t send OTP at all

USELESS . WORST APP

I already log in my account but every time I clicked my account it will go back to log-in page and every time I log in, the app always ask me about my birthday. Please resolve this kind of issue.

Always logs you out, creating delays when it is about to be scanned by the cashier. You’ll need to log in again, which opens the browser, and then wait for the OTP. It’s a hassle. The card a disadvantage card. Robinsons card is better and more reliable. You can use your phone instead of the card.

Cannot log in anymore. After logging in, the app is redirecting to "create new account" page with all the other information filled except the age. After filling the age and clicking account it only gives error "an account is already created using the email provided".

APP REQUIRES OTP BEFORE LOGGING IN HOWEVER I KEEP RESENDING THE OTP AND DID NOT RECEIVED EVEN A SINGLE OTP.

No option to log in via card.

It redirects me to the browser whenever i click login. Then after i login via browser, it will redirect me to the app but it always go to the create a new account!!!
