Smart Air Conditioner

This app and the remote use of it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried so many times. I’d have to think twice before buying anther Samsung air conditioner.

This app used to work. An update on my iPhone/iPad for this app and presto I cannot log in the Samsung account. As soon as you enter a sms’d verification code, the app crashes. Further why does my Samsung account need to be more secure my banking apps. These crazy samsung’ers … just SMH.

Does not work outside home, Contacted Samsung support spending lot time with them and finally, Samsung said they have issues!!! And can not fix it ??!!

It looks like Samsung stopped supporting it’s own devices

Used to work on my old iPhone 8, but with the iPhone 13 it just crashes after logging in

The in-house features work, but the online access causes the app to crash every time. I am using an iPhone with the latest OS.

Worst app ever it never works

For few years , I’ve been enjoying the convenience of Smart Aircon Apps. then suddenly it just stop working on my 3 units. Called Samsung a few times but did not get any support. No more Samsung brand for us, time to switch to brands with full support.

The App is continually crashing including after reinstalling. It is currently not connecting to my Samsung AC.

Unresponsive and sluggish app, Keeps crashing when I try to use the out-of-home function. Works with in-home mode but takes ages to connect to the A/C. It’s rather amazing that with all the smart devices Samsung makes they still can’t get a functioning app on the market.
