SMART Apartment Data.

This app is a lifeline when trying to determine details about a community or company, and in tracking historical changes. The team is responsive and helpful when you have questions about navigating the app, and I’ve never experienced any bugs or errors. Load times are quick and the information is accurate!

Would be nice to be able to send clients lists from the app. It would also be nice to save lists from the app or desktop and see them on each other.

The latest version of the Smart app is easy to use and gives access to all the necessary data while on the go. Being able to access saved routes, lists, and saved searches is a huge upgrade in features.

Wow, I can finally use Smart 100% on my phone! It is super easy to search across multiple markets to find the community or management company I am looking for. Search has so many filters to pinpoint targeted prospects. The new routing function makes it even easier to plan my weekly sales visits. It’s awesome!!!

The upgraded app is very easy to use and is amazingly fast.

I have been using The SMART app for 7 years and the most recent launch is by far the best.

New app is easy to use, with nice and intuitive layout. Thumbs up.

Attempted to pull up the app but nothing happens. Worked well for a short period of time but nothing now. So sad.

I’ve now let Smart Apartment Data know that we do not use their service, and to please stop contacting us. “Your property seems to be getting a lot of traffic on our site...” We don’t use your site. Stop contacting us. This is now my 3rd time.

Freezes to much. Needs more attention from developer.
