The worst app ever

Do you need to pay?

I have given my son a smart watch and it tells him to install this app. However it says you need to pay to unlock features. Is it worth it or will it work?

I have emailed several times and had no response this app is a complete waste of money it does not work at all I hope I get a response and refund soon.

This app I have paid for and it does not work at all it’s a waste of money and time absolutely disappointed in this app nothing works on it I am on iOS 13.3.0 nothing works on it still saying upgrade to premium version

Paid for premium not even come onto my account

I paid £19.99 for premium and it hasn’t been added to my app whatsoever, can I have a refund please, I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and if an app is available in my App Store that means it’s compatible. I have iOS 13.3
