Hi This a on my new iPhone will not work . Can any one pls update it asap

The app worked well and intuitively, integrating the forms and camera and submission of the claim.

Save time and headaches by simply not installing this waste of space app. Clearly not designed for iOS, it doesn’t work even on basic level. Most infuriating.

I tried three times to register my details on the App and every time: “Oops! something went wrong” with an ‘explanation’ which fizzled out with … after a few words. A disgrace, which bodes ill for the handling of my claim - if I ever get that far!

Doesn’t load properly on various attempts. When it does, all the input info is lost when you try to submit.

App loaded ok but nothing submitted. Therefore no good

Need to make a claim so downloaded the app, which refuses to work. Absolutely useless

Wanted to make a claim. Loaded app several times in the hope it works. Some hopes. Put in personal details. Crashed. Reloaded. Tried to make a claim. Crashed. Reloaded. Tried again. Crashed. Why upload an app as useless as this???? Can’t do any good for their reputation.

Takes ages to load. If you do actually get the menu it crashes or you get a blank screen. Awful

Raw app. Keep crushing and show Errors. Don’t waste your time use browser version
