Smart M-Air

We hebben nieuwe wifi provider gekregen, maar krijgen de airco niet op het netwerk aangesloten, van alles geprobeerd, maar krijgen of een foutmelding of er zouden teveel gebruikers op het netwerk zijn geregistreerd. Wat niet zo is !

Een update en nog werkt het niet. Kan niet meer inloggen omdat gegevens niet herkend worden. Veel geld uitgeven voor wifi modules die ik niet kan gebruiken. Wanneer komt er eens een werkende versie ????? !!!!!

Not longer able to log in and control my two Mitsubishi airconditioning units. Unbelievable. Worst app and experience ever.

Worst app ever! How is this possible for a brand like Mitsubishi..

My problem is solved with today’s update 1.3.002. Thank you !! Been using the app for over a year. Today it suddenly stopped working. The air conditioner is still listed under "list of air conditioners". Can also switch airco on or off there, but as soon as I press "Details" I have to log in again and then constantly get the message: Communicationfault 04215-900 (Iphone iOS 16.7.6, app version 1.3.001) On another Iphone (with iOS 17.4 and app version 1.3.001) it still works, only there I can no longer access the weekly timer and calendar. Please help.

Update app in the App Store. After that it's OK.

Dure airco slechtste app ooit werkt niet!!!

Don’t know what’s wrong with it but it prompts for user and password pretty much everytime you do open the app. The I use my password manager to auto fill the username and password. It more often than not tells you that the credentials are wrong. If you then wait for 10 seconds and you are lucky it will login when you try again. Since today I cannot login or use the app completely anymore. When I try to login it tells you there is a communication error with code 04215-900. Mitsubishi. This is unacceptable. I currently do own the ac system for a month know, and the app breaks in many different ways and is even slow on every input I give it. Each button I tap results in needing to wait for 5 seconds or so before I can do the next thing!

It is remarkable that such a good brand as mitsubishi heavy is delivering and confronting her customers with such a bad and poorly designed app! - badly designed and not clear errorcodes that cannot be found on any page on the internet - poorly designed user interface - no website login as alternative for the app -etc So Mitsubishi heavy: invest some $100k’s and have a good app for your worldwide customers!
