Very expensive, app is very primitive, you can’t tell how much you have on your meter via the app, it only refreshes on a Monday and stays the same all week, I didn’t ask for this pre payment meter it was installed by holiday park I’m staying on not fit for purpose, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Why have an app that doesn’t give correct information?

Result ! Power runs out because app says you have an unused balance, When you lose power, app then tells you … You’ve run out. Pointless and very inconvenient especially is you are disabled !!!
