COULD NOT USE OCR SCAN AFTER PAYMENT

Don’t download this. It is a scam! Took my money but didn’t give me the ocr functionality. Shame!

Enough already

I really wish you would quit changing the app. you keep changing features every time I go to use it I have to learn it all over again. Example you take a photo, the cropping option is now completely different instead of sliding the frame you have these 4 circles one in each corner and it says edit scan. I don’t want your skin feature I don’t want any extras from you I want a simple receipt program would you please stop changing the app every other week

Thanks for reinstating the ability to move a submission to another report. That was a bad deal for a short time. And, the new photo scan process is improved.

Update didn’t properly backup

I have enjoyed this app for a few years. Despite the problems with it I will continue using it despite its flaws. With the latest update they made an automatic backup of my files and did the update completed automatically. When the new version opened none of my receipts were available. I contacted them and they told me how to restore my old receipts. I did what they said and I get a message the restore failed. I contacted them again explaining the restore didn’t work I told them I could see my old receipts on my device in the files folder but couldn’t open them in the new version using their restore function. They said they no longer support the older version and the only way to get the receipts back was by their restore procedure, which continued to fail. Again they said there was nothing they could do or suggest.

Needs a few tweaks

I like the look of the new interface, but prefer the functionality of the previous interface. I miss the scroll roll instead of this list layout. When entering the amounts, the screen should go the number keypad layout instead of keyboard. The graph seems to be gone now, which I liked. Some things are better in this version, some things were better in the other version. Hopefully, the developer makes a few more improvements to bring this app back to awesome.

Would not recommend for Businesses. Does not have a web browser feature.

Seems like a great app and all but as someone who manages 30+ vehicles and employees, i absolutely need a web based platform. It’s simply not efficient to do everything on your phone. Extremely disappointing.

Keeps getting better

I found this app years ago trying to find a better way to submit receipts to my accounting department. It's so easy to use and customize, everyone on my team has adopted it. The latest update was a pleasant surprise and improves an already great product!

Terrible and glitchy!

DO NOT waste your time on this app! Ridiculous bugs and glitches throughout. First, the currency “exchange rate” is limited to 2 decimal places - which means that any country’s currency that is more than 100:1 US dollar equivalent will not work. Second, after you spend all your time importing your receipts and fill out all these stupid categories, it won’t generate ANY report of any kind in any format. When I try to produce a PDF it just says “PDF failed to load” with no info about how to fix it. And when I try to create a CSV it just get stuck on the wheel of “processing” forever and never does anything.

Just trying to get you to subscribe

The new update to this app just focuses on getting you to get the pro version. Not worth downloading anymore
