Every time Intry to do something it asks me to log in again and doesn’t actual save the changes.

Keeps logging me off after been logged in if I try to use it, or edit any already entered information. It happens either in the app or directly on the website.

Horrible to navigate

This app provides good information and contact info for DoS personnel in event of emergency. It would be much more useful if you could store family member info, regular hotels, ets and just select the info as needed.

I fill out all of my info set my username and password, and it doesn’t work when I enter it in. Is this page/interface legit and still working?

This app is flakey. It used to work, but now, every time I do anything in the app, it makes me sign in again. Click add, sign in. Click a country, sign in. Click Profile, sign in. And once you fill stuff out, it wants you to sign in again, and it doesn’t appear to save anything you do. I tried adding a trip and modifying my passport, and neither updated.

Quick and easy, even to edit change of plans for a new hotel.

I entered All my information, personal and emergency contact, press create, and then got an error message saying the url was not accepted. WHICH url? I was provided with a number but no instructions on where to use it. I’m wondering if the services will be provided if needed. I wasted almost half an hour!
