Smart Will - Make a legal Will

Having downloaded this app and creating an account I shortly after realised it wasn’t for me. So I deleted the app. They emailed and emailed offering me a free consultation to the point I unsubscribed. The text messages were something else though. They would text with the leading line that there was a problem…so in the text preview I would see ‘there is a problem’ and click it to find it’s just clickbait to get me to sign up. They would text @ 14:46 with an offer, and again @ 15:15 asking if I’d signed up yet…every single day. Despite the fact I had unsubscribed, and nor did I want the constant high pressure marketing they just keep on and on. Had to block their emails and their text numbers, and have contacted Apple. Any company that is so desperate for your business to the point they harass you is not a company I want to do business with, especially as they seem so desperate to know my financial affairs!!

I prepared a Will really quickly and it arrived at my address within a couple of days.

Failed to contact us at agreed appointment time.

Thought this might be good but it just doesn’t work on my iPad Pro. (My go to desktop) entering the DOB by going back one month at a time? What’s that about ? Come on that’s just rubbish! If this is the amount of care that has gone into this app then my recommendation is to avoid it! XxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxX

Someone needs to update this because it won’t allow you to select dates of birth after 2003. 2 minutes in I’m totally stuck.

Mum needed a will and didn’t want the backwards and forwards to solicitors etc. For 19.99 we had a will we could spend time on creating. Printed it off, signed and send back for free will storage (later than supposed to be too and they still didn’t charge for will storage) Thankyou so much. Put our minds at rest for what the future could hold.

Sadly not a company I’d recommend. I had issues with the will being incorrect and then trying to get it rectify initially seemed easy with a quick response but then the company ghosted me- so I had to be very blunt and direct demanding a refund and listing my concerns regarding the service I had / hadn’t received. Finally got a reply but at that point I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving something as important as my will, with them. Maybe mine is just an anomaly as all other reviews are great which is why I chose them but sadly not for me.

Well I was a bit sceptical but site was easy to use with only a couple of glitches along the way . I hope I’m not inundated with 3rd party offers and mailings but having read the terms and conditions: privacy notice these can if need be stopped ? We shall see?

Really great App to make a will up in minutes. excellent customer service and responded to my questions efficiently and promptly. Excellent quality of paper for the will with a pdf copy too. They store the physical copy too. 10/10

I hadn’t gotten round to creating a will as it seemed like a huge task to undertake, so I kept putting it off. With three young children, it’s important to me to make sure they are protected if I were to die. Using the app was so easy, simple and quick. My husband and I were able to answer all questions easily and I found the process stress-free, even fun!
