With my job being highly technical at times I routinely have to call different companies for technical support. I have NEVER seen customer service this good. Not even for equipment that costs thousands. Every single person I have talked to has went above and beyond. Special shoutout to Shawn. He went above and beyond and saved me 2 hours worth of drive time on a Friday afternoon, not counting the time spent reconnecting the customers sensors.

I was hesitant to use it because it was installed for free by my HVAC contractor. But it's actually pretty cool and gives me data that my smart home thermostat doesn't give me (Nest). I can now see each time the furnace runs - number of minutes, supply temp, return temp. And since I don't have an air conditioner they set up the leak sensor to go under my water heater which I was looking to get one for anyway.

Our Smart AC system was paid for by our Electrical Company. The contractor that installed it did a terrible job, left without explaining what was done, and direct connected a device to our router. When I got home from work and saw what was done I disconnected everything and called the contractor who didn’t return my call. After about 3 weeks of having the system turned off Smart AC proactively reached out to me to find out why the system wasn’t reporting in. They walked me through reinstalling it and fixed a credential problem caused by the contractor. They also helped me set it up via WiFi so that I could segregate the device from the rest of my network. Once I got it all set up, I was amazed at how cool this technology. But what was most amazing was the customer service….great customer service like this is rare today. Thank you SmartAC!

They have a killer customer service hotline with prompt responses! Can’t complain.

Solid service

Pretty much, takes all the data you didn’t even think an AC can pick up and makes scheduling HVAC repairs much easier and more seamless. The way AC’s be breaking in Texas every summer, having one of these installed in my AC was a game changer, let me get notified before HVAC services became a commodity

Great quality app that helps track your Air conditioning levels and detect any problems with the system

The SmartAC app has made it so easy to manage my AC system in my house and monitor the invisible. The app is a fantastic experience and easy to setup and use. Everything loads immediately as I tap and it’s a great addition to my home.

Great purchase on my behalf. I started using this back in June and they identified a leak for me, I also dont check my filters very often so it was cool having something to remind me when to change.
