Smartcash PSB

I wasn’t expecting a good bank app from a nigerian bank, but this is ridiculous. I can’t upgrade my account via the app because it’s so badly designed that it loads forever and logs you out after 5 minutes of “please wait”. Mind you, Smartcash doesn’t have brick and mortar locations.

Please how do I unblock my account

Please do not download this app they scammed me and i have been calling their customer service but they blocked me and they debited me for 500 naira and they did not give me the airtime it has been 4 days now frauds

A lot more work needs to be done on this app. It’s highly unstable. I kept getting logged out every few seconds

This is total scam app or site I’ve be scam for 1,100 although the money is little but I want to buy card with my smartcash my money was deducted from my wallet and I didn’t see the card I’ve try to call their customer service since 12th of June up till now my money wasn’t returned yet

I fund my accounts but when I decided to buy data it is showing insufficient funds when the money is till reflecting on the app take down the app it is making me loose hope on ur network 🥵🥵

I made a transaction for Daya on this platform and i was debited till today i have not seen my data and now i credited my account only for to try and do a transaction but it is not telling me i don’t have sufficient funds this app need to be reviewed

Avoid this underdeveloped app. It's a waste of time

It's always telling me session expired when I want to do any transaction on the app
