I used to receive notifications to my phone / Apple Watch when my washing machine was about to finish washing, now even though all notifications are turned on it no longer does that. I’ve turned on and off the WiFi settings on the washer and on my app it shows when the washer is on and the remaining time to finish, but I no longer get any notifications like before… can some please help me troubleshoot. Thanks
Smart washer is having difficulty staying connected
They filled it with ads and then break the only feature I’ve used. This is why I hate updates. I should have just left it alone
Show the remaining time on the "home screen" instead of having to tap on each device. The way it currently is, is just bad UI.
I am rarely able to connect to my window A/C unit.
Just purchased our new GE washer and dryer and made our first attempt to connect them to the app. Using voiceover and iOS, you cannot create a new account or even log into the app. there is nothing smart about this app so far. Developers need to learn how to create accessible code so that way screen reading technology can access what it needs for the blind and visually impaired people to read the screen. Absolutely ridiculous! What year is this? What kind of developers write an app that they haven’t bothered to check for accessibility? I wonder if GE and other appliance manufacturers know how bad this app actually is? Maybe I will take a few minutes of my time and tell them. fortunately, for these developers, one star is the lowest I can possibly give. After looking at other reviews, I have noticed that accessibility has been an issue for at least the past two years. They obviously haven’t tested this app using voiceover. just goes to show how seriously they take our reviews.

Upgraded iPhone to 15 and iWatch to 9, now this app is not available on the watch making it absolutely useless. I loved this app when it worked with the watch. I would be very appreciative if you could program it to sync with my phone. thank you
