If it could handle working past midnight without having to do 2 entries would be a huge improvement. Moving from day shift to night shift can be painful as start time may be before the last end time so need to change end time first then start time. Besides that it works well.

How do these people sleep at night?

Nothing but problems to me, I wish I could sign in on a piece of paper after using this. Sorry I know people work hard on this. But your boss needs to give you guys more money to do your job and not feel rushed.

I’ve been unable to apply for leave a few times through this app as there have been glitches. It would be nice to log in via a web portal as a backup option, but for some reason this is locked to managers only.

Good and easy to use app. Only thing that needs to be changed is it sometimes logs you out the. You have to do the whole sign in process again

Have to login all the time even if you set up quick login. Painful.

I use a feature on my iphone called voice over as I have very low vision. I think this app has been very poorly designed for use by users of voice over. I have used much payroll apps from other providers who have done a far better job with accessibility. I think the developers of your app are an absolute disgrace. There are many online resources so there is really no excuse for such shoddy accessibility. Frankly you are lucky to get one star.

Very easy to use

I wanted to book a day off last week with no notice could do it also I ad comments in to be sent . For example trying to claim an over night allowance they the are never received . I send them every week plus it awkward to see my owes holiday pay and how much sick leave I have. Don’t like this site .
